Rhomann Dey is the general of Nova Corps. In the movie, he was played by John C. Reilly. In the past, he's arrested Star-Lord on multiple occasions, but once Star-Lord changes his way to help save the galaxy from Ronan the Accuser with the other Guardians, he goes to Dey for Nova's help in defeating Ronan and Nebula. At the end of the movie, Dey repays the Guardians for saving his life with a new model of the Milano, and he is reunited with his family.
